This one-day certified first aid course will take place at Aerial Arts Studio in Wimborne, Dorset on Saturday 29th November. Below you’ll find all the key information about the course.

For example, we focus on common issues you might face as a Dance teacher, Pilates instructor or Personal trainer. By doing this you will be better prepared to handle an emergency if they arise.
What you will learn on our First aid course in Poole
Our First Aid Course covers all the fundamentals of an Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) course. This includes:
– Using a defibrillator (AED)
– Performing CPR
– Treating burns, bleeds & bones (fractures)
– Managing shock & seizures
– Dealing with choking
– Understanding the roles and responsibilities of a first aider
In addition, we focus on situations specific to your role. For example, dance teachers and fitness instructors often encounter ankle sprains, so we cover how to handle them in a first aid scenario. We also explore other common situations you might face in your workplace, ensuring you gain the confidence and knowledge to respond effectively.
First Aid Course in Dorset – How Much Will it cost?
The cost of out first aid course is £135. However, if you book by Saturday 22nd November, you will receive £20 off.
In addition, you can also get your Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) renewal (which is due every 3 years) for free (worth £135). Our first aid monthly service is available for just £6 a month and includes:
