Our Small group Pilates classes in Broadstone are open to all levels,
from complete beginners to those with previous Pilates experience. We
keep our classes to a maximum of 8 people to ensure high-quality
teaching and to provide individual support to everyone in the class.
Instead of just teaching standard Pilates, we teach a
high level of class which also incorporates the latest research and
movement therapy skill. This avoids teaching outdated or generic
Pilates classes. This allows me to teach a more tailored Pilates
session and adapt each class to suit individual goals – whether
this be helping with pain, improving performance or general movement.

Our Pilates Classes take place in two easily accessible locations in Corfe Mullen. Chapel in the valley (Corfe Mullen Baptist Church) & St Nicholas Church. Both of these venues are well-connected to the surrounding areas, including Wimborne and Broadstone, and provide ample on-site parking. With spacious and welcoming environments, these locations offer the perfect setting for our small group Pilates Classes.

There a range of days and times our Pilates Classes are available in Corfe Mullen. Classes last 60 minutes and the only equipment you will need is a Pilates mat, everything else is provided.
Our Corfe Mullen Pilates Class timetable is as follows:
- Monday: 09:30, 10:30, 18:00, 19:00 & 20:00 (Corfe Mullen Baptist Church)
- Tuesday: 09:30 & 10:30 (Corfe Mullen Baptist Church)
- Wednesday: 18:00 & 19:00 (St Nicholas Church, Corfe Mullen)
Monthly payment is our best value payment option. This saves you £4.50 a class, meaning the price will be only £8.50 per class, usually £13.00 per class. There is no contract with this option, and your spot in the class is guaranteed.
